Peter Craig discusses the Austin Kundalini Experiment

Peter Craig is reporting about and participating with a group of students in Austin on a journey to discover how extensive yoga practice affects the neurological system. This is an attempt to confirm how these practices (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) result in major physiological changes. Yogi Bhajan (Master of his own Bhajan Yoga) and Pandit Gopi Krishna (a practitioner of the classic Hatha Yoga) both have claimed, based on their own independant experiences, that a Yoga-precipitated Kundalini Awakening re-arranges the nervous system to allow perception of other dimensions and states of consciousness. Stay tuned for progress reports.
